"Best Consistent Shipping Company but Sometimes Packages Look Rough"
I would rate UPS as the best consistent shipping company. Packages always arrive when stated and the drivers are always friendly and courteous. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because on rare occasions the boxes will be damaged. I have not had them damaged enough to hurt the contents yet, but I am sure it will eventually happen.

"Had to fix my address shipping order"
Had to fix my address shipping order, office staff had told me it was updated but had not been .. typical, I received a phone call from the driver asking for the unit number which I was thankful for as it is right near Christmas. Office staff 0 stars driver 5 stars. Always the frontline.

"U. A. E Customer - Fast deliver"
As a first timer for UPS customer i did not expect to received my item in a short period, i ordered from February 19 and received it February 22,2020 it suppose to be date of 24, fast delivery and the item is in good condition. I'm a little bit prostrate only for tracking message regarding custom delayed but still you did a great job. Thank you

Why ups doesn't control it's offices abroad? in ukraine ups is concidered the worst shipping service, and they even never answer the phone calls.

“Because they are a very poorly run company. It doesn't even run its offices domestically well, as you can see by the overwhelmingly negative reviews on this site. Use any shipping service over UPS.”

Why is ups store at 11703 huebner rd in san antonio texas allowed to employ racists who make death threats toward indian and middle eastern people?

Why does my next air package still say "order processed: ready for ups" at almost 12am and it still say its scheduled for tomorrow?
